Okay, so the tax credit is gone but there still are a ton of good reasons to buy a house NOW!
1) The prices are still historically low and the interest rates are great!
2) You're paying for someone's house, it might as well be yours!
3) There are programs in Nevada to help you with your downpayment - you could be paying less than you pay for rent and have to use little to no money out of your pocket!
